Flushing out toxic waste just got a little more interesting with a cleanse.
So, I finally did it! I did a life cleanse earlier this year, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. A weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, and I find myself smiling now more than before. And guess what, I feel you’re debating about doing a life cleanse too. You’re here at ‘Girl, Just Prosper,’ but don’t worry, I got you!
You might ask, ‘well, what is a life cleanse?’ It’s when you release all forms of negativity from your life. You’re finally deciding to put your happiness first, and you let go of what’s been holding a tone of bricks on your legs that’s been keeping you from moving on up.
Ouch, right? But freeing yourself is what helps your life heal.
Here’s How You Can Clean Your Life, Too.
It’s time to clean your life and free yourself from those who wear you down. Social media tries to persuade us that going through hell with those you love is normal. There will indeed be tough times; however, a line must be drawn. As humans, we only have tolerance for a small amount of hurt and pain. When we’re hurt beyond measure, it takes a toll on our physical, mental, and emotional health.
Cleansing should be mandatory.
Do you know how every year we create New Year’s resolutions? Cleansing your life should be one, except it shouldn’t be an option. As much as we’d love to stay around the same people, some are too toxic. We need to limit who has access to us or completely cut that negative energy off.
Let’s create the perfect life cleanse.
Grab your bottle and pour in, cutting ties with those who use you – family and all because their blood does not give them the right to treat you like dirt. Set boundaries and stand firm. They can’t use their key if the lock is changed. Create rules that align with your personal growth. Those who are meant to be in your life will understand, whereas others will distance themselves. Let’s add in no longer doing things you don’t enjoy. Sometimes trying to please others is our biggest downfall.
Lastly, surround yourself with people who want more out of life.
The whole ‘no new friends’ thing needs to stop. Throughout our lifetime, we meet new people and find ourselves connecting with them more than those we’ve known for years. It’s not easy opening up to new people, but sometimes we have to take that risk.
I promise this life cleanse will bring you nothing but joy. Now that you have all the information you need go out there and prosper!
